This course introduces the student to basic networking terminology, network components, transmission media and protocols. It focuses on the OSI model of network computing in both IPv4 and IPv6. Students will be given hands-on experience with RJ-45 cable preparation for both CAT5 and CAT6. Students will also learn have to setup and troubleshoot small network environments
